I believe the best finance leaders don't just analyze—they build solutions. I studied Accounting and Information Systems at Virginia Tech, but taught myself Python through MIT OpenCourseWare because I love finding patterns and solving problems. (Fun fact: my coding journey started with Pokemon fansites on Angelfire as a kid!)

My leadership philosophy is built on servant leadership and "winning through others." I lead a team at James Hardie, and my approach is simple: listen first, remove obstacles, and empower people to solve the interesting problems while I automate the boring stuff.

Currently in manufacturing but passionate about transitioning to tech. I want to work where technology isn't just a tool we use, but the actual product we're building.
